Hybernating

Someone asked me the other day what we have been up to. And I told them, "Nothing!", and I really meant it. Life at our house is pretty boring. We truly have been hybernating all winter saving up vacation hours and planning our summer camping trips. To let you know how boring it is at our house...here are some of the highlights of our winter:

This is a pretty normal look for her. I have NO IDEA who she got that from. Her latest thing to tell me is: Is that any way to treat your children?

I let the kids sleep in their hideout one night:

Both our neighbors cut their trees down and now we have a view of the mountains: (This was actually the most exciting thing that has happened)

We have A LOT of different birds around our house so we have been bird watching from our kitchen. Here are some birds that we have seen. We have no idea what kind they are.
